Amaranth with mushrooms

 INGRIDIENTS:
40 dag cooked amaranth
30 dag of any  mushrooms
1 onion
2 tablespoons oil
salt
pepper
parsley
3 cloves garlic
1 dl cream

 RECIPE
Saute onions in oil to yellow. Add chopped wild mushrooms, and saute a little more. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic. Add cooked amaranth seeds and sweet cream. Serve with salad or as an side dish to the baked meat.
