INGRIDIENTS:
1.5 dl amaranth
1 kohlrabi with leaves
1 clove garlic
1 l of water
1 tablespoon vegetable soup
parsley
1 dl cream
RECIPES:
Amaranth seed is lightly sauted in olive oil, then add cubed kohlrabi with leaves. Add chopped garlic clove and pour water in. Add vegetables and herbs and cook until boiling. Reduce the fire and cook for 30 minutes. Season with chopped herbs. You can blender the soup. Optionally: enrich with fresh cream.
